World Travels

In 2017-2018 we had the opportunity to embark on a round the world travel adventure over the course of 15 months.  In this time we volunteered, took part in some amazing multi-day/single day hikes and learned an immense amount on other cultures and ourselves.  At the end of the day we were privileged enough to reach 40 different countries on a shoestring budget.

Please do check out the following podcasts series we recorded shortly after returning and our go-pro a day video of the journey.  We'll spend some time reflecting on this within future blog posts.

Episode 7 - Coming home / Life Since our return - If you were wondering what its been like for us coming home after the 15 months of travel, you've stumbled upon the right episode.  Over the course of our journey we were looking forward to the day we finally did come home to see family and friends.  Along with that was sadness about the trip finally coming a close and various challenges we had 'fitting' back in to the real world.  This is also the final episode of our series - an amazingly therapeutic experience, but also a great chance to let our listeners know about our travels in a more in depth/intimate way.

GoPro a day - We decided to take a handful of seconds out of each day on our trip to encapsulate the experience visually.
